Common access issues

HELP! I forgot my password.

If you forget your password, use the HomeLink button above to go to the log on screen. Use the link in the lower right hand corner to have your password sent to your email address.

I don't have a verification code.

To protect student privacy, we cannot give verification codes over the phone or through email. Please go into the school office to have a new HomeLink letter printed. The parent or student may pick up this letter personally. Please be ready to show proper identification when requesting a letter from the school.

I have more than one student in the district.

Log into the HomeLink account that has already been created. Click on the student's name in the upper right hand corner. Click on "Add Additional Student." Follow the process for adding a student to your account.

I am having trouble with HomeLink

Please visit or contact the school registrar. Most oftentimes the registrar will be able to assist you with HomeLink account issues. Please recognize the District does not have the capacity to provide technical support or troubleshooting for home computers or Internet connections.

Tips for Success

- Viruses and spyware may interfere with HomeLink. Please be sure you have current virus protection on your computer and that you clean spyware off your computer frequently. Spybot and Ad-Aware have free spyware removal tools.

- HomeLink will run on any PC running Windows, but it also works on Macintosh computers using Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later.

- HomeLink is designed to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer only. It will also work with other browsers such as Netscape or Firefox.

- When you are done, make sure that you log off and close the browser window. If you wish to continue using the Internet, re-launch Internet Explorer.
